Media Arts

The Media Arts program at Mid-Pacific School of the Arts provides a formal media arts education in film, photography, animation, digital art, new media, print communications, and broadcast journalism. The High School Media Arts program focuses on building a strong foundation in form, technique, and production skills integrating significant historical and theoretical perspectives within each medium.

Each year, the Media Arts program produces the Reframe Media Arts Festival, a public showcase of the best work from current students and alumni who are currently pursuing an arts education or who are working in creative industries. Local artist and filmmakers participate in the festival serving as guest judges for special awards and recognitions.
